Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?

Emails are sent out automatically on order completion without fail. If you haven’t received your email please check your spam/junk folder of your inbox.

Please check you have correctly typed your email address at checkout. You’d be surprised how many people miss a letter or write .com instead of .co.uk.

If you’ve already created an account, you can check the email address on your account by visiting your profile.

If you’re using a company email address, sometimes large company servers can be very strict with the emails coming through or they come through slowly while they’re being scanned. They may even block them before they enter your inbox. It might be worth chatting to your IT support and whitelisting our domain name if this is the case.
