The Feline Behaviour Counselling Mentorship Programme exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone pursuing a career in feline behaviour or working with cats in any capacity. It covers a comprehensive range of behavioural topics but with a focus on practical, real-world applications, so it complemented the knowledge I had gained studying for my PG Diploma in Clinical Animal Behaviour and has given me the confidence to start taking cases and build my behaviour consulting business. The opportunity to sit in on live consultations was a particular highlight, as this gave me valuable insight into professional practice, including how to manage client’s expectations, approach sensitive topics in a tactful, non-judgemental way, and adapt treatment plans to take into account clients’ individual circumstances and factors which may impact their compliance. I really appreciated the interactive nature of the programme, with the opportunity to not only benefit from Caroline’s extensive experience and wisdom but also to learn from guest speakers and my fellow mentees during the live sessions. The programme has so much added value, from access to the comprehensive resource library to the 1:1 sessions with Caroline, whom I cannot thank enough for her advice, support and encouragement. This mentorship has left me feeling well-prepared, confident, and inspired to start my career as a feline behaviourist and provide cat guardians with effective, evidence-based support.

A thorough look at all aspects of feline behaviour and how cats are affected by a number of factors. Use of up to date research papers and peer reviewed cases fills each lesson and encourages a read around each subject. The interactive sessions are a great way to communicate with others on the course and with Caroline herself. A must for all looking to learn a little more about feline behaviour

Brilliant course, providing lots of variety in content which all summarises together in how to assess a cats background, improve it’s living situation and ‘fix’ it’s behavioural concerns. Includes lots of information on common behavioural concerns and ways of helping the cat through them. The zoom meetings and working through cases really helped bring all the information together. As an RVN, I have already been able to start using things I have learnt in my work environment, from making adjustments to our cattery and also through gaining confidence to answer behaviour questions from clients. Would recommend!

I truly enjoyed Caroline’s programme. It is very comprehensive. I have learned so much! The content of the modules is clear and easy to understand. The pet library is a treasure of information, and knowing that I have a lifetime access to it means that I can carry on learning more on feline behaviour and read the latest researches/studies.
I felt very supported throughout thanks to the group chats and the private coaching sessions. Caroline is a great, passionate and very knowledgeable teacher and mentor, and she is always happy to help. We shadowed live consultations with some of Caroline’s clients, which allowed us to apply our theorical skills to real-life cases.
I am proud to having been part in the first cohort of this programme and I feel more confident than ever to embark on my Cat Behaviour Counsellor journey!
I would definitely recommend this course to anyone wanting to improve cats’ well-being.
A warm thank you to Caroline (and Tommy for his technical help)!
