Why can’t I find my course?
When you purchase a course it is automatically added to the account you created at checkout, (see Accounts & Profiles help page).
You should have also received a confirmation email with all instructions of how to access your course. Didn’t receive the email? Check out our email troubleshooting on this page.
We do not provide downloadable courses for offline viewing. All our courses are taken through your online account.
If, for some reason, you think your course has not been added to your account get in touch with us and we’ll have a look. Please make sure you’re logging in using the email address you created an account with upon purchase of your course.
