The Mark Complete button isn’t working

Sometimes this happens if your internet browser gets stuck, i.e. a dip in internet or server connection. Usually refreshing the page either allows the Mark Complete button to be pressed or you’ll find the lesson has already been marked as complete and you can move on.  

Please also make sure any the videos in the lesson have been watched to the very end, to the point where it stops and our logo appears. 

If the Mark Complete button is missing from the lesson that means you can move onto the next lesson by using the arrows at the top of the page or clicking on the next lesson after the green tick in the left sidebar navigation. 

A quick refresh of your browser or going out of the course and back into the course nearly always fixes these issues.
