How do I change the name on my account?

We have disabled the ability to change the first and last name in accounts. We have done this to discourage accounts from being shared and course certificates generated in more than one name.

If you have made a genuine mistake or you have legally changed your name and would like to change the name on your account, please email us or contact technical support. We will then review this on a case-by-case basis.
