Certificate designs differ depending on your enrolled course, you will receive the same design as your digital copy. Whether or not your certificate contains the Accredited CPD logo depends on the course you’ve taken.
Delivery
We offer free UK delivery on all products via Second Class Royal Mail. Please check stock availability on each product page. Products that are in stock will be dispatched as soon as possible, while products due in a number of days will be dispatched when they arrive with us - usually no more than 5 working days.
- You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked24 for an extra £2.00 at checkout.
- We usually dispatch within 24 hours, however, please allow up to 5 working days for us to dispatch your order.
- Any certificates will be dispatched upon completion of the course. Although most of the time it will be much sooner, please allow up to 30 days for these to arrive.
