Why can’t I download a PDF or my certificate?

It is unusual for downloads on our systems to stop working. For the most part, it is an internet browser issue. Please make sure your browser is up-to-date and not blocking first-party cookies.

If you are using a mobile device (phone or tablet) please make sure it is up-to-date or try downloading another browser from the App Store. It may be that the device doesn’t have any way of opening PDF files. If you still can’t solve it, please sign in to your account using a laptop or desktop computer.

Strict firewall/anti-virus settings or pop-up blocker browser extensions could be other reasons your browser may be unable to initate a download.

To access your certificate, make sure you have completely finished the course, this means passing any last assessments, downloading any CPD transcripts and filling in the feedback forms. Once you have completed these you will be taken back to the course overview page where you will be given a link to download your certificate.
