Can I get a refund?
Student satisfaction is important to PET Courses, so all courses purchased on this website can be refunded within 30 days. Pet Education and Training’s online courses are effective and accessible after enrolment for as long as the is course available on this website and payment of fees. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund.
However, refunds cannot be processed after the first module of the course material has been accessed and completed. If all course content was accessed before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected.
Students who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.
Pet Education and Training may, but are under no obligation to, honour requests for refunds for the following reasons:
Non-delivery of the course: Due to an issue with your email service, or you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the course, Pet Education and Training may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to your service provider or email service.
Access issues: You have problems that prevent you from accessing the course. Pet Education and Training recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider, as Pet Education and Training ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major updated browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network.
Course not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples of our course system (available in certain courses and through screen shots) of each type of the course offered before making a purchase.
Reasons for Denied Refunds:
While our refund policy is in place to protect our customers, we must also protect our instructor and affiliates from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are scheduled after 30 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.
For cases where a transaction is not eligible for a cash refund (back to the original payment method), the refund will be granted using a gift card to use solely on this website, provided it meets our 30 day refund policy.
Pet Education and Training may terminate your account or access rights to this Site immediately without notice, if in Pet Education and Training’s sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and all copies thereof. Pet Education and Training may terminate the Site, or any element of the Site, at any time without notice. Refunds may be considered in other circumstances at the sole discretion of Pet Education and Training.
